At Urban Nomads, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Delivery Timeline

  • We aim to deliver your products within 4 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Please note that "business days" exclude Sundays and public holidays.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly based on your location and the efficiency of the courier service.

2. Third-Party Fulfillment

  • Urban Nomads partners with reputed third-party logistics providers to handle the delivery of our products.

  • Once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner, the handling, transit, and delivery process are governed by the specific rules, terms, and conditions of that third-party partner.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification containing a tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

4. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid phone number.

  • Urban Nomads is not liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery Attempts & Partner Policies

  • Our delivery partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to the origin.

  • Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges to be borne by the customer.

  • Any specific rules regarding "Open Box Delivery" or "Self-Pickup" are subject to the policies of the assigned third-party courier partner.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

  • Urban Nomads shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government strikes, or logistical disruptions faced by our delivery partners.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If you notice that your package is significantly tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment or record the damage with the delivery person.

  • As per our [Cancellation & Refund Policy], any damages must be reported to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt.
